Unit owners are responsible for interior maintenance. You can use contractors or personally make repairs, do maintenance, or make improvements.
Licensed plumbers and electricians are required for work done behind a wall. All work must have necessary permits prior to beginning work. Permits must be displayed on your entrance door.
