Priority #1 is to properly water the landscape while conserving water—which will also lower water costs. When we turned on the irrigation system last month, we learned it needs substantial repairs. Broken pipes in the irrigation system have already been replaced. Next is replacing 300 spray nozzles and several non-working rain sensors. The completed system will direct water only to grass and bushes and not water pavement or buildings. Water flow can be adjusted for all landscaped areas to ensure no over-watering.
