If you like you can assign your vote to the board or to someone you trust, but you do not have to do that. It is important that you complete this form whether you will be in attendance or not. You can either mail it back to Hampton in the enclosed envelope (you will need a stamp), or you can drop it in the lockbox in front of Unit 1A in Building 4.There are no issues currently that require a vote. The only necessary votes are procedural in nature (acceptance of minutes, adjournment, etc.)

New Jersey American Water will begin routine flushing of the water distribution system in your area Sunday, April 7th thru Friday, April 12th from 9 p.m. to 4 p.m. to ensure that you continue to receive high-quality water service. Flushing also allows us to monitor and maintain fire hydrants. When crews are working in your area, you may notice reduced pressure or discolored water. If your water is discolored, let it run until it runs clear before using. This should only take a few minutes.
Our fire alarm panel upgrade is completed. Advanced Alarm has provided us with a document to certify this and unit owners can submit this to their insurance carriers for a possible rate reduction. The download link for the certificate is located under the password protected Board Documents page. If you have trouble downloading this, please contact Steve Albin at email@example.com for assistance.
13 pear trees bordering the crescent roadway are scheduled to be pruned December 6, 7, and 8th. These trees are subject to breaking off and splitting under a snow and ice load. If we don’t prune them now we will incur even more costs during emergency conditions in winter. This won’t be a slight trim, this will be a severe pruning. They won’t look pretty at first, but these pear trees grow like weeds and next summer they will quickly grow back their branches.
