NOTICE OF THE ANNUAL MEETING OF THE MEMBERS OF THE
TULIP GARDENS OF LITTLE FALLS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION
October 12, 2021
This notice requires you to take action, please read.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Annual Meeting of Homeowners of the Tulip Gardens Condominium Association will be held on Tuesday, October 12th, 2021, at 7:00 PM. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the meeting will be held via Zoom meeting. The link for the meeting will be provided prior to the meeting. If you are unfamiliar with Zoom and have no other way of finding out (from a family member or friend), feel free to knock on Michel Jouard’s door, Building 4, Unit 1A (please wear a mask).
In accord with the Governing Documents of the Tulip Gardens Condominium Association, the following is the agenda for the meeting:
- Call to Order and Roll Call
- Proof of Notice of Meeting
- Approval of Minutes of Preceding Meeting
- Report of Board
- New Business
The purpose of this meeting is to inform all Unit Owners of the status of the Association’s affairs and to address any business that may come before the Board.
In order to obtain quorum, a proxy form is enclosed for all Unit Owners to complete and submit for the meeting. Whether you will be attending the meeting or not, please submit the form by September 30.
There are no issues currently requiring a vote. There are only procedural votes (acceptance of minutes, adjournment, etc.). If you’re not going to participate in the zoom meeting, you can assign your vote to someone you trust or to the Board, but you do not have to do that.
